Privacy Policy

In compliance with the principles of lawfulness and transparency and in order to provide the information to data subjects established in Articles 13 and 14, of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, hereinafter RGPD, we inform you of the characteristics of the processing of personal data carried out under the responsibility of AYLANZ Hospitality Group (Explotación Apartamentos Balcón del Mar, SL), with NIF B35477165: 

Processing: (I) Management of the Accommodation service, (II) Registration of guests, (III) Administrative management, (IV) Invoicing, accounting and tax management, (V) Attention of privacy rights of the interested parties, (VI) Human Resources management, (VII) Video surveillance, (VIII) Commercial management, (IX) Subscription to the newsletter.

Purpose: (I) To provide you with the requested accommodation service, (II) To communicate the legally established data to the State Security Forces and Corps, (III) To carry out the integral administrative management of the same, (IV) To make the invoices to clients, preparation of official accounting and calculation, presentation and settlement of taxes, preparation of commercial documents, such as balance sheets and reports, (V) To attend to requests for the exercise of rights related to personal data, as well as security breaches that may affect the rights and freedoms of the interested parties, (VI) Personnel selection, training, and the necessary steps for the employment relationship, (VII) Control of the facilities through a video surveillance system, (VIII) To send you commercial communications, if you authorize us to do so. (VI) Selection of personnel, training, and necessary steps for the employment relationship. (VII) Control of the facilities through a video surveillance system. (VIII) Sending commercial communications, if you authorize us to do so. (IX) Sending electronic newsletter with news and promotions.

Legitimation: (I) and (III) Application of contractual and pre-contractual measures, (II) L.O. 4/2015, of 30 March, on Citizen Security and Order INT/1922/2003, of 4 July, , (IV) Law 58/2003, of 17 December, General Taxation, (V) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data. (VI) Performance of a contract or pre-contract, (VII) Public interest, (VIII) and (IX) Consent of the data subject.

Conservation period: (I) For the duration of the provision of the service and the period necessary to meet liabilities arising therefrom, (II) Three years for the purposes of communication to the State Security Forces and Corps, (III) and (IV) Six years for commercial purposes, and the period necessary to meet liabilities arising from the liquidation of taxes. (V) The period necessary for the fulfillment of said purpose, as well as for the duration of the liabilities that may arise from them. (VI) Duration of the employment contract and the period necessary to meet liabilities arising from the provision of labor. (VII) For a maximum of one month. (VIII) and (IX) As long as the data subject does not unsubscribe from any communication received, and the period necessary to meet the liabilities that may arise from all the above processing.

Exercise of rights: You may exercise your right of access, rectification, deletion, limitation and opposition to processing, under the terms and conditions established in the regulations on personal data protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, by sending a request by email to: dpd@martinezhermanos.com, indicating in any case the Reference: "Data Protection" along with some document proving your identity, and clearly indicating the right you want to exercise. Finally indicate that you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially when you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of their rights.
