Project to install a solar photovoltaic system for energy generation and self-consumption in Villas Alondra.

Description:

Grants to promote shared self-consumption and the development of energy communities in various sectors, as part of the Sustainable Energy Strategy for the Canary Islands (Program 2), funded by the Recovery, Transformation, and Resilience Plan (Component 7, Investment 2).

Includes:

  • Installation of 96 solar panels rated at 380 Wp (estimated output: 19.15 kWp).
  • Installation of 36 6-kW inverters, for a total capacity of 180 kW.
  • Installation of 6 electric vehicle chargers.

Objectives of the actions:

  • Maximize the complex's energy self-sufficiency.
  • Reduce the grid's energy consumption.
  • Reduce our environmental footprint.
  • Improve the facility's sustainability.
  • Use excess energy to power shared services.

Outcome of the proceedings:

  • Renewable energy production sufficient to meet the complex's daily demand.
  • Surplus funds allocated to shared services.
  • Improving the sustainability and energy efficiency of the villas.
