CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

All notices, demands, requests and other communications to be made by the parties in connection with the Conditions must be in writing. They shall be deemed to have been duly given when they have been delivered by hand or sent by ordinary mail to the address of the other party or to the latter's e-mail address.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
